Returns Policy

UK Free Returns: 

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 28 days to return - free of charge.

We’ll give you a full refund on the item(s) by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

How to return

Fill in the Return form and choose the code that best explains the reason for your return.

Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from OMNES.

Attach the self-adhesive address label to your parcel and leave the package in any Royal Mail Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return.

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

International Returns:

Unfortunately we currently do not provide free returns for our orders placed outside of the UK - any costs associated with the return are the customers responsibility.

Please note, this is something that we are working on changing in the future!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
