Returns & Exchanges


We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 28 days from receipt of goods to return for an exchange or refund - free of charge.


How to return:

Returning your order is an easy process, all you have to do is enter your order details into one of our returns portal and take it to a Royal Mail Post Office.

Please follow these instructions to return your order:

Enter your order details and reason for your return on our Royal Mail returns portal by clicking here.

The Royal Mail returns portal will issue you with a label and a QR code. You can print the label at home and attached to your parcel or you can show your QR code to staff in any Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and they will print the label for you.

Confirm if you would like an exchange or refund by filling in the returns info form that can be found in your order.

Then place the return form together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you received from OMNES.

Finally ensure your returns label is attached to your parcel or you have your QR code with you and visit any Royal Mail Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point to drop off your parcel.



If you would like to exchange the item we'll be in touch to confirm the item you would like to receive in exchange and dispatch.


If you would like a refund we'll process your full refund on the item(s) by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.


International Returns:

Unfortunately we currently do not provide free exchanges or refunds for our orders placed outside of the UK - organising the shipment of any returns including costs associated are the customers responsibility.

This is something that we are working on changing in the future!

We advise using a recorded service as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
