Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 28 days from receipt of goods to return for an exchange or refund - free of charge.

In order to reduce paper wastage we do not include a returns label in your order, instead you can download your returns label via our online returns portal here.

 

How to return:

Please visit our online returns portal by clicking here.

Fill in the return form and choose the code that best explains the reason for your return, including if you would like an exchange or refund.

Place the return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from OMNES.

Print and attach the address label to your parcel and leave the package in any Royal Mail Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

No printer? Find your nearest Post Office® or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They'll scan the QR Code, print the label and attach it for you.

If you would like to exchange the item we'll be in touch to confirm the item you would like to receive in exchange and dispatch.

If you would like a refund we'll process your full refund on the item(s) by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

 

International Returns:

Unfortunately we currently do not provide free exchanges or refunds for our orders placed outside of the UK - any costs associated with the return are the customers responsibility.

Please note, this is something that we are working on changing in the future!

We advise using a recorded service as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
