Terms and Conditions
Data Entry Competition
1) Promoter
This competition is organised by OMNES (“the Promoter”).
2) Eligibility
a. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
b. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
c. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3) How to Enter
a. To enter, participants must complete the required data entry task as instructed.
b. As a condition of entry, participants must consent to receive marketing emails from OMNES Limited Europe.
c. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
d. No purchase is necessary.
4) Opening and Closing Dates
a. The competition opens on 19th February 2026.
b. The closing date is 11:59pm (midnight) on 26th February 2026.
c. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5) Prize
The winner will receive:
a. Two (2) tickets to the London Film Premiere of How To Make A Killing on 5 March; and
b. Two (2) £150 digital gift cards to spend at OMNES (redeemable in-store or online).
The total prize value is £300 in gift cards plus two premiere tickets.
6) Prize Conditions
a. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
b. The prize must be accepted as offered.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7) Winner Selection and Notification
a. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
b. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry within [1] day of the closing date.
c. If the winner does not respond within [48 hours], the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8) Travel and Expenses
Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses related to attending the premiere are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
9) Data Protection
a. Personal data supplied during this competition will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
10) General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
b. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
c. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
