International Women's Day

Women are the biggest consumers of fashion. They also make up the majority of the workforce across the supply chain. But that doesn’t mean equal rights for women is guaranteed.

This year for International Women’s Day, we’re partnering with Young Women’s Trust to support their charity's mission to create a more equal world of work and raise young women’s incomes.

By donating 10% of the profits from all full-priced sales over the weekend of the 7th & 8th of March, we hope to contribute in some small way to uplifting young women in the workplace.

About the Young Women’s Trust

They offer young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be. They bring together a thousands-strong network to support, build their self-belief, and have their voices heard. They work with young women and anyone who experiences misogyny and sexism to campaign for equality in the workplace. And their research provides insight into what young women’s lives are really like, fueling our campaigns for change.

Rights Here Rights Now Campaign

Young Women's Trust research tells us that women are being underpaid, harassed and discriminated against in workplaces across England and Wales. The system is stacked against them and the current employment laws are failing to offer the protection young women need.

Low pay, insecure work and discrimination at the start of a career can not only damage young women’s confidence, but their mental health and long-term earning potential too.

This has to stop – young women deserve equality and the right to speak up without fear of being punished.
