OMNES x BIG MAMMA UK Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    1. This competition is open UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of OMNES, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies.
    2. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.

  2. Entry Period:
    1. The competition begins on 10th of February 2025 at 18:00 GMT and ends on the 14th of February at 18:00 GMT. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter:
    1. To enter the competition, participants must follow @OMNES and @BigMamma.UK on Instagram, and tag two friends in the comments. Participants can comment as many times as they want, each separate comment with two tags counts as an entry. Participants can share on their stories for an additional entry.

  4. Prize(s):
    1. One voucher of £250 for the winner and two nominated friends each to spend at OMNES. OMNES vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date. 
    2. A meal for three at Big Mamma Carlotta Marylebone. The giveaway meal includes one antipasto, one main, one dolce, and one cocktail per person. 
    3. The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. No cash alternative is available.

  5. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner(s) will be drawn at random by OMNES. The winner(s) will be notified by Instragram Direct Message within three days of the selection.

  6. Winner Responsibilities:
    1. The winner(s) must respond within seven days of notification, providing their full name and email address to claim their prize..

  7. General Terms:
    1. OMNES reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems to be in violation of these terms and conditions. OMNES reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time for any reason. By entering the competition, participants agree to release OMNES from any and all liability in connection with the competition or the prize. 
    2. Any personal data collected as part of this competition will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
